사단법인 ‘한국이륜차안전운전자협회’는 2023년 국토교통부 산하의 협회로 정식으로 설립되었으며, 이륜차 운전자와 시민의 교통안전 관련 교육 및 정책을 제안하고 조사연구를 통해 시민의 교통안전과 오토바이 선진 문화를 도모하고자 설립되었습니다.
저희 한국이륜차안전운전자협회는 이륜차 운전자와 시민의 교통안전을 위한 이륜차 안전운전 관련 조사, 연구사업을 바탕으로 이론, 기술 교육 및 캠페인 사업을 운영하여, 이륜차 교통안전을 위한 교육 시행과 매뉴얼 제작으로 이륜운전자 시민의 안전의식을 함양시키며 이륜차 운전자로서의 자질 향상과 안전문화 정착에 힘쓰며 교통사고 감소에 기여할 것입니다.
또한 이륜차 운전자의 안전을 위한 정책제안사업을 통하여, 지자체, 관련업체 등과 협의체를 구성하고 협조함으로써 이륜차 안전운전을 위한 제도개선을 추진할 것이며, 이륜차 안전운전 스쿨을 운영하여 이륜차를 처음 접하는 초보자에게 안전의식을 강화하고 라이딩 코스 체험등을 통해 교통안전의식을 강화할 것입니다.
앞으로도 시민의 교통안전과 오토바이 선진문화를 이끌어 나가기 위해 노력하겠습니다.

The Korea Motorcycle Safe Drivers Association was officially established in 2023 as an association under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to provide education and propose policies for motorcycle riders and citizens, developing an advanced culture of motorcycling in Korea.
The KMSDA will try to raise safety consciousness and improve the quality of motorcycle riders to reduce traffic accidents through traffic safety education and campaign projects, based on research and teaching materials on the theory and skills of safe riding.
In addition, with policy proposals concerning the safety of motorcycle riders, we will promote the systematic improvement of motorcycle safety by cooperating with local governments and related companies.
We are planning to run a motorcycle safety school and provide various riding course experiences to strengthen safety awareness for beginners in riding a motorcycle.
We will continue to make efforts to lead citizens' traffic safety and the advanced culture of motorcycling.
